Court translations and interpretations

We arrange court translations and interpretations into all officially registered languages in the Czech Republic.

Court translations

Court translations or translations with legalisation are translations serving for official use during contact with authorities, court and, the police. They can also be used during business contact or for the needs of private individuals.

Court translations must always have a clause with the imprint of a round stamp appended, which guarantees that the translation corresponds word for word with the text of the original document. It thereby fulfils the requirements of Czech Republic state bodies for translations of foreign language documents for the purposes of official actions, and abroad the conditions for translation of Czech official documents by the bodies of the specific country. In the event of communication between companies or private individuals this guarantees the accuracy of the translation of foreign language documents into the native language, which is important for instance with regard to binding documents of a contractual character.

Court interpretation

Court interpretation or interpretation with legalisation have a similar importance to court translations. They are chiefly used during court proceedings, police proceedings, meetings requiring a notarial deed, wedding ceremonies and other circumstances, which require that the interpretation is guaranteed official. Similarly to court legalised translations the interpretation has a record and imprint of a round stamp appended , which guarantees the official character of the interpretation.
